Build Our World is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the owners or managers of the monuments shown, including the Société d’Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel (SETE), the City of Paris or the National Park Service.

“Tour Eiffel” is a registered trademark of the City of Paris, used under exclusive licence by SETE; it is mentioned only to designate the monument shown. Monument names are used descriptively. Daytime views of the Eiffel Tower are in the public domain; Build Our World uses no view of its illuminations, which are protected by copyright.

Photographs, fonts and music

The Conquest of Wonders illustrations were made for Build Our World; they are works of imagination and depict no real person. The photographs of the monuments remain real photographs.

Photographs of the monuments used for commercial editions are licensed from their authors. Fonts are distributed under the SIL Open Font License. The site’s content (texts, interface, souvenir layouts) belongs to the publisher.

Signatures, messages, community names and emblems are published by users and moderated by Build Our World. To report unlawful content or content that breaches the terms, write to contact@buildour.world with the page, the content and the reason. Every report receives a reasoned answer.
